Audio Graffiti will not disclose personal details to third parties under any circumstances. All details collected by Audio Graffiti when accepting an order will be used solely and exclusive for communication with, or providing services to, the owner of those details.
Audio Graffiti will not publish names of clients on its web site without first seeking permission of the client, and then, only in the context of displaying portions of the client's work for purposes of depicting the quality or range of Audio Graffiti's services. (Clients agreeing to allow a portion of their work to appear on the Audio Graffiti site may have a direct link to their own web site or to a nominated email address if they wish)
Any raw materials (manuscripts, CDs, electronic files) provided to Audio Graffiti for the purposes of engraving, transcription, sequencing or recording, will be securely archived on completion of the job or cancellation of an order. If you prefer, we can arrange for these items to be destroyed or returned to you (customers who cancel their order may be required to cover the costs of returning the materials).
All orders are accepted on the understanding that you are the owner of the copyright for the work, or that you have obtained appropriate permission or licence from the copyright holder.
Audio Graffiti will not distribute your materials—or products we have prepared for you—to any other party, whether or not you are the copyright holder. We will retain a backup copy for our own records and to assist you in the event that your own copy is lost, but we will make no other copies. Your work will be treated confidentially and with proper security measures.
We may request that a portion of your work be used on the web site as a sample of the kind and quality of our services, but will respect your wishes if you would prefer we did not do this. Generally, no more than a page or two of engraving will be published, or 15 seconds of sequencing or recording.
If you require transcription, engraving or sequencing of music published by another artist, and which is currently under copyright, the onus is on you to seek the express permission of the publisher or artist. We will assume you have done so. We do not currently have a capacity to secure licensing for you, but may be able to assist if you have difficulties doing so yourself.
Please contact us if you are not an Audio Graffiti customer but have found your copyright material published on our website, or have seen it published elsewhere with the Audio Graffiti logo.
