Ordering On-Line (Order Now!)

You can order music engraving/notation, transcription, speech transcription and sequencing services using this page! You can even order now if you have your job prepared.

(If you only have "hard copies" of the raw materials, then you can send your order by mail)

How to order

To order on-line:

• Prepare a text file containing your name, address, email address (important) and other contact details. Include any special requirements or preferences for your project in this text file.
• Upload the text file and raw files (mp3s, MIDI, jpg or other files) to our web server (see below).
• We will look at your requirements and send you a quote by email, usually within 48 hours.
• If you agree to the quote, you can send your deposit
• We commence work on your job.

We also accept orders emailed directly to us. Just make sure you include all the details we require to assess the job. And please try to keep email attachments to under 10Mb if you can.

What Files Do I Upload?
If you need music notation/engraving or sequencing services, you need to scan your hand-written manuscripts, and provide these as GIF or JPG files. If you have a MIDI file of the music to be engraved, you can send that instead. For transcription, you need to provide an MP3 file of the music to be transcribed. If you are uploading files on this page, you should provide your contact details in a clearly named text file. Alternatively, you can send us an email with your details.

Preparing your files
Combine all your files into a single Zip file using a program like WinZIP or Stuff-It. It is helpful if you name the file with your own name and the date of your order (for example, JohnSmith-9-May-2004.zip).

If you don't have a program that can create Zip files, you can upload multiple individual files, but please make sure that each file starts with your name (for example, JohnSmith-Song1.mid, JohnSmith-Song2.jpg, JohnSmith-Song3.mp3, JohnSmith-order.pdf).

We will treat the files you upload with strict confidentiality, as described in our Privacy Statement.

Enter the name of the file you want to upload into a box below. If you have more than one file, make sure that each box contains only one file name. Click "Submit" when you are ready to send your order.
