Ordering by Mail

You can order any of our services by mail! You'll want to do this if all the raw materials we need are in hardcopy form, for example, hand-written manuscripts and CDs.

If you have these in an electronic format you may prefer to order on-line.

How to order

To order by mail:

You can cancel your order instead of accepting the quote without obligation. See our brouchure titled "How to Order Our Services" for full details.

What Do I Send?
For engraving/notation, we will need your rough or hand-written manuscripts. We can also use MIDI files to start the engraving process, and these can be provided on diskette or CD.

For transcription, we will need a recording, preferably on a standard CD (or MP3 or WAV burnt to CD-R), but we can use tapes if that is all that you have available.

For digital recording, we need a copy of the song or songs on CD. Typically, this will be a rough mix of the project to-date. You can provide as little or as much as you like. Alternatively, if you want Audio Graffiti to initiate the recording process for you, then we will only need a printed/hand-written copy of the music. We will work with you closely on recording projects, and discuss this with you in much greater detail after receiving your order.
