One rare occasions, we find that we cannot contact people making inquiries. If you have have sent us an inquiry, but not received a response within 48 hours, then there's a very good chance that our message to you has gone astray. (99% of inquiries are responsed to within 24 hours!)

To ovecome this problem, we will post messages here so that you know that we are trying to reach you.

Why do Emails go Astray?

Sometimes our emails end up in a SPAM trap. This may be because you have strong anti-SPAM protection and have not included our domain on your "white list".

It may be that you have not given us a correct email address. Maybe it was mistyped. In one or two cases, we have received inquiries without any contact details.

If your email box is full, our messages to you may bounce back.

Greylisting can also be a problem. If you happen to know that your ISP uses greylisting, and you aren't receiving our messages, let us know so we can address this with our ISP.

Some things to try
If you have anti-SPAM protection, please add our domain (audiograffiti.com.au) to your white list.

If you are expecting a message from us, check the folder where SPAM is stored to see if our messages have been placed there.

Check the email address you sent to us to ensure it's correct, or send us a message from a different email address (ideally on a different ISP).

We have most problems with MSN and HotMail addresses, so try using an account with a different provider. (We have been advised that a Hotmail user blacklisted us, possibly because the person in question owes us money!)

Does Audio Graffiti send SPAM?
Absolutely not! We do not send any unsolicited messages. The only messages we send are responses to inquiries, and discussions with customers while we are working on their projects. You will never receive adertising from us, and we do not make your email addresses available to anyone else. Ever.

If our messages to you are being treated as SPAM, it is possibly because someone has maliciously blacklisted us with your ISP. If you discover that someone has blacklisted us, we would appreciate you contacting your ISP about the matter.
