Why haven’t you responded to me? Where’s my music?
Email isn’t a perfect means of communication, and on rare occasions, an email can “go astray”. When our email goes astray, it’s nearly always because the recipient’s email program has put our message in the Junk Email folder. In other cases, the mail server has “greylisted” our email address. Perhaps it’s having the word “graffiti” in our name makes our email address look suspicious!
If you are expecting us to reply to an inquiry, or you are expecting to receive a product you have paid for, it’s quite possible we have replied! The reply just hasn’t got to you.
We typically respond to general inquiries within 1 or 2 business hours. And we usually send final products to customers within 12 to 24 hours of receiving payment.
The first thing to do is check the Junk Email folder in your email program. If our message has ended up there, you’ll be able to move it to you In Box. Make sure you add us as a “Safe Sender” so that our messages get through in future.
If our message isn’t in your Junk Email folder, you may need to add us to your mail server’s White List. If you have direct control over your mail server, then add the domain audiograffiti.com.au to your White List. If you have no idea what that last sentence means, then contact your ISP and say, “I suspect that mail from audiograffiti.com.au is being greylisted or blacklisted. Could you please check this for me?” Or have your ISP contact us.
Finally, if none of this helps, send us a message saying that you haven’t received the expected communication from us, and we’ll contact you via a special email address not connected with Audio Graffiti.
