The site was created back in 1997 when free time was available in intergalactic quantities. These days, the author is lucky to find 47 minutes of free time per week, so please be patient if your suggestions and updates and rants aren't responded to in a timely fashion.

The author agrees that frame-based websites are horrible and archiac, but frames were all the rage way back in the 1990s when this one was created (the site even got a favourable review in a major Melbourne newspaper). However, although an elegent content management systemn would be preferrable, for the forseeable future, the frames will remain. See previous paragraph for the key reason for this.
